Everyone was very helpful from the service guys to the office.  Helped me with every turn.  Answered all my questions and kept me in the loop with every part of the project. Greg and Ben were awesome and made sure everything was taken care of.

And over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend! Needed to have a garbage disposal installed the next day. Began making frantic calls to find someone to meet my schedule at a reasonable cost. Brandon (Mr Rooter) agreed to come out immediately, quoted a price, it was a go. When connecting the disposal (provided by me) he discovered the drain tube assembly was missing. He volunteered to get a replacement and complete the install the following morning. Showed up as promised, and completed install. He noticed that water was draining slowly  He cleared drain I was impressed with his professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend.
